the staff was genuinely attentive to our needs. Our room was clean and recently upgraded, which enhanced the comfort of our stay. However, the breakfast options could definitely use more variety, but the essentials were covered. Overall, nice value for the price.

The room cleanliness could improve dramatically, especially under the beds!!! The constant noise from neighboring rooms was quite frustrating on top of the low water pressure!!! A later pool closing time would have been appreciated too!!!

I enjoyed the clean, cozy atmosphere of Crestview Inn. The room was the perfect size for my boyfriend and me, especially when we planned our trip to Silver Dollar City, just 2 minutes away. The manager at the front desk was accommodating when we needed assistance, even helping us with some takeout. I appreciated having a fridge and microwave in the room for snacks and quick meals. The nightly lighting made me feel safe when returning from shows. On the downside, I found the absence of breakfast options a bit disappointing. The noise from the neighboring rooms impacted my sleep, and the check-in process could be smoother. Overall, a solid stay, but there's room for improvements.

We had a comfortable stay with upgraded rooms and a fantastic pool. It was great being so close to Silver Dollar City, easily making the experience better for both our kids and the couples we traveled with.

It was just an ideal choice for a momentary pause in Branson West with great value. The manager was very helpful in assisting us with directions to nearby attractions, which made our visit easier. Be ready for minimal amenities, but it’s a solid spot to recharge.

Family not worth the money

The only thing that saved us was the cleanliness of the sheets and the fact that it was close to the amusement park, which saved us on travel. The room had a fridge and a microwave, but it was like they were old and just thrown in there, not what I expected for the price we paid.

We ended up paying a hefty sum for this place, and it was far from what you’d call comfortable.

It was just a top selection for a short interlude in Branson West with fantastic value for money. The A/C worked well, providing a nice cool retreat after a hot day. Better bring your own amenities for a more comfortable stay.

Plus, being just minutes away from the action at Silver Dollar City makes it an ideal spot for thrill-seekers.

During my stay, I found the ground floor room to be very clean and well-maintained. The memory foam bed offered excellent comfort, and I appreciated the presence of a fridge and microwave.
